The initial warm welcome and greetings we encountered had much to do with it.  We like that Faith is stable with pastoral leadership at the leadership helm and financially secure (we have been members elsewhere in which both aspects were lacking).  My intent in being affiliated with a church is to find volunteer work (Habitat weekly & Food Bank monthly).  Linda’s intent is more spiritual, I believe.  Faith meets both these requirements very well.  We certainly enjoy the services and look forward to the start of the early service, another aspect we liked.  The facility is as nice as any church we have ever been in.  As I said, the people and the way they make us feel welcome is truly wonderful.

Here are a few reasons why we joined Faith Presbyterian Church. 

1. We were invited by someone we knew.

2. Friendly people who made us feel welcome.

3. The Pastoral Staff.

4. The great Choir.

5. The way service was conducted.

6. Relevant sermons.

7. The way that most of the members were involved in the activities of the church, not just a select few.

8. The providing of name tags in the pews for visitors to use so members could get to know your name not just your face.

9. The close proximity to our residence.
